- 1 workshop of 4,190 m²

- 1 hall dedicated to the assembly of prefabricated industrial buildings (based on concrete slabs cast in the factory)
- 1 production unit for control cabinets that can be directly integrated into the industrial buildings housing them
- 1 outdoor storage area of approximately 1,000 m² for the supply of raw materials in a secure enclosure
- 1 warehouse
- Trucks ensuring the logistical transport of buildings
