Full General Contractor
- Ability to deliver complete build of new data centre from concept through to construction design stages
- Experience and capability to manage all main equipment delivery models; OFCI, CFCI working closely with key stakeholders
- Phased deployment of data hall space aligned with construction program to meet customer demand and sectional handovers
- In depth experience with PCSA contracts working alongside clients teams to deliver project in line with end user requirements and KPI's
- Program management to allow concurrent tasks to be undertaken and aligning to bring RFS dates in line with client deadlines; critical path analysis, managing key milestones
- Full campus delivery, multi-data centre building coordination on campus, with master planning of delivery schedule
